<br />is fdr Labor. The Appropriation Committee recommends
<br />that the sum • of $1,855.00 be appropriated under. this

<br />Article 9. ' To "see if the Town will vote to appropri-
<br />ate;.a sum ;of :money. for the Reserve Fund as provided by
<br />Chapter 40, Section General Laws, or take any action .re-
<br />lating thereto:

<br />tional $500.00 to this account. Accordingly, the. Appro-
<br />priation Committee recommends the appropriation of

<br />Article 10. To soeif the; Town will vote to appropri-
<br />ate funds for the payment of pensions to retired members
<br />of the Police and Fire Departments, funder Chapter 32, Gen-
<br />eral Laws, or act in any manner, relating thereto.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends the appropri-
<br />" ' ation of $1,110.85 for Fire DepartMent pensions and
<br />$1,098.00 for Police Department pensions under this
<br />Article. , .
<br />Article 11. To seeif' the Town will vote to authorize
<br />the Selectmen to petition the Director of Accounts of the
<br />State for an audit for the year 193.

<br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to appro-
<br />priate money for the support of a Posture Clinic, to be ex-
<br />pended under the direction of the Board of Health or by a
<br />Committee appointed by said Board.
<br />The Appropriation Committee does not believe that the
<br />continuation of the Posture Clinic is a necessary Town
<br />function. Accordingly the Appropriation Committee rec-
<br />ommends that this Article be indefinitely postponed.
<br />Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />a sum sufficient to pay the County of Middlesex, as required
<br />by law, the Town's share of the net cost of the care, mainte-
<br />nance, and repair of the Middlesex County Tuberculosis
<br />Hospital, as assessed in accordance with the provisions of
<br />Chapter 111 of the General Laws, and Acts in amendment
<br />thereof and in addition thereto, or take any action relating
<br />thereto.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends that the sum
<br />of $3,498.83 be appropriated under this Article.
<br />Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to transfer
<br />the sum of $1,386.41, received from Middlesex County for
<br />dog fees, to the Cary Memorial Library Account.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends the transfer
<br />of the sum of $1,386.41 to the Cary Memorial Library
<br />Account.
<br />Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to establish
<br />a clinic for the free immunization of dogs against rabies,
<br />and appropriate money for said clinic.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends that the sub-
<br />stance of this Article be adopted and that the sum of
<br />$350.00 be appropriated.
<br />Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to keep the
<br />street lights on all night.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends that this
<br />Article be indefinitely postponed,
<br />Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to amend the
<br />Lexington Zoning By -Law by substituting for Section 10,
<br />a new Section 10 reading as follows: Section 10. Existing
<br />Uses and Buildings. Any use or building or part of a build-
