To see if the town will vote to appropriate and <br />transfer the suns of $1,450. from the Insurance Account to •pay <br />for an appraisal of Town property. <br />Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Lex- <br />ington Zoning. By -Law by adding to Section 4, R. 1 Districts, <br />Paragraph G, the following paragraph: "e. Excavation and <br />removal from the premises of any sod, loam, sand, gravel, clay <br />or quarried or crushed stone, except when incidental to and in <br />connection with the construction or a building for which a per- <br />mit has been issued in accordance with the Building By -Laws, <br />and except when incidental to and in connection with the nor- <br />mal and lawful development of the property concerned." <br />Article 2G. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />and transfer the suns of $1,000. from the Excess and Deficiency <br />Account to be added to the appropriation for the construction <br />of a portion of Pleasant and Watertown Streets, to be expend- <br />ed in conjunction with money to 11e contributed by the Com- <br />monwealth and the County. <br />Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Lex- <br />ington Zoning By -Law as follows: By inserting after Section <br />3, 0. 1 I)istricis, Paragraph 30, a new paragraph which shall <br />read as follows: "30 (a). Upon the easterly side of Pleasant <br />Street beginning at a point 100 feet southerly from the inter- <br />section of the Concord Turnpike extending 150 feet along <br />Pleasant Street and of a depth of 200 feet throughout." <br />Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and <br />transfer funds for the Cary Memorial Library. <br />Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and <br />transfer additional funds for street lighting. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days at <br />least before the time of said meeting as provided in the By - <br />Laws of the Town. <br />Hereof, fail not, and make due return on this Warrant, <br />with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the <br />time of said meeting. <br />92 TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this ninth day of <br />July, 1935. <br />To T1IF TOWN CLERK : <br />CHARLES E.
