<br />This is a new account which has been approved by the
<br />Appropriation Committee. The Water Department re-
<br />ceipts will be used to offset this appropriation in the
<br />same manner as Water Maintenance.

<br />Article S. To see if the Town will make an appropriation
<br />for the Suppression of Gypsy and Brown Tail sloths, and other
<br />pests, in accordance with Chapter 132, General Laws, or act in
<br />any manner relating thereto.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends that the
<br />sunt of $1,923.00 be appropriated under this Article.
<br />Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to transfer funds
<br />to the Reserve Fund as provided by Chapter 40, Section 6, Gen-
<br />eral Laws, or take any action relating thereto.
<br />The. Appropriation- Committee recommends the appro-
<br />priation. and transfer of .3.000.00 from the Overlay Re-
<br />serve Fund under this A.rti,cle.
<br />Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />funds for the payment of pensions to retired members of the
<br />Police and Fire Departments, under Chapter 32, General Laws,
<br />or acs: in any manner relating thereto.
<br />The Appropriation Committee recommends the appro-
<br />priation of X1,107.81 for .fire Department pensions, and
<br />w1,O95.00 for Police Department pensions under this
<br />Article.
<br />Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the
<br />Selectmen to petition the Director of Accounts of the State for
<br />an audit for the year 1935.

<br />action.
<br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vole to appropriate
<br />money for the support of a Posture Clinic, to be expended under
<br />the direction of the Board of Health or by a committee appoint-
<br />ed by said Board, or act in any manner relating thereto.
<br />The Appropriation Committee.recommends that the
<br />sum of $700.00 be appropriated under this Article.
<br />Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a
<br />sum sundent to pay the County of Middlesex, as required by-
<br />law, the Town's share of the net cost of the care, maintenance,
<br />kind repair of the Middlesex County Tuberculosis Hospital, as
<br />assessed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 111 of
<br />
