ANNUAL REPORTS 67 <br />Joy a conveyance of land described as parcel 2 on a "Plan <br />Showing Relocation of Playground Property Line, Lexington, <br />Massachusetts, May 1, 1933, John T. Cosgrove, Town En- <br />gineer" on file in the office of the Town Clerk, or act in any <br />manner relating thereto. <br />Art. 14. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and <br />assess the sum of $1,500 for the foreclosure and redemption <br />of Tax Titles held by the Town. <br />Art. 15. To see if the Town will vote upon petition of <br />Daniel J. O'Connell to amend the Lexington Zoning By -Law <br />and map by changing from an R. 1 District to a C. 1 District <br />the following described parcel of land: <br />A triangular parcel of land bounded on the northwest <br />by Fletcher Avenue distant 183.90 feet, on the south- <br />west by Woburn Street distant 320.22 feet, and on the <br />northeast by the Boston and Lowell Railroad Corpora- <br />tion right of way distant 317.40 feet, containing about <br />27,994 square feet. <br />Art. 16. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Code <br />of By -Laws of 1922 by adding at the end of Article VI the <br />following: <br />"Section 8. Any board or officer in charge of a de- <br />partment may, with the approval of the Selectmen, sell <br />any personal property or material purchased for that <br />department but no longer required by it and not exceed- <br />ing three hundred dollars in value." <br />Art. 17. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and <br />assess additional funds for the Welfare Department. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days at <br />least before the time of said meeting as provided in the <br />By-laws of the Town. <br />Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, <br />with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before <br />the time of said meeting. <br />68 TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this twenty-ninth <br />day of May, A.
