M. <br />Under article 1 Selectman Mr. Trask offered the follow- <br />ing in four separate votes: Voted: That the Selectmen be au- <br />thorized to install a sewer in Bedford Street, from Shirley <br />Street northerly a distance of approximately 120 feet. Car- <br />ried unanimously 10:48 P. M. <br />54 TOWN OP LEXINGTON <br />Voted: That the Selectmen be authorized to install a <br />sewer in Summit Road, from the present end southerly, a <br />distance of approximately 460 feet. Carried unanimously <br />10:49 P. M. <br />Voted: That the Selectmen be authorized to install a <br />sewer in Eustis Street, from the present end a distance of ap- <br />proximately 115 feet. Carried unanimously 10:50 P. M. <br />and for the purpose of said construction and installation of <br />sewers the sum of $2,100 be appropriated and assessed and <br />$2,600 be transferred from the Sewer Assessment Fund to <br />the Sewer Construction Account. Carried unanimously <br />10:55 P. M. <br />At this time Francis E. Burke, appearing in favor of <br />Daniel J. O'Connell, made it known he was applying for re- <br />consideration of article 28, which had been acted upon at <br />this meeting, also, that same was being applied for within <br />the prescribed time. <br />Moderator Mr. Holt inquires from Town Clerk at what <br />time article 28 was passed. <br />Reply by Town Clerk—at 10:45 P. M. <br />Under article 6 Selectman Mr. Trask offered the follow- <br />ing: <br />Voted: That the sum of $10,000 be appropriated and as- <br />sessed to complete the construction and installation of <br />sewers in Tewksbury, Sargent and Shirley Streets, author- <br />ized by vote of the Town Meeting, October 31, 1933. Carried <br />unanimously 11:03 P. M. <br />Under article 2 Selectman Mr. Trask offered the follow- <br />ing: <br />Voted that the Selectmen be authorized to install a trunk <br />line sewer beginning at the Arlington -Lexington Line near <br />Mill Brook and extending to Bow Street a distance of ap- <br />proximately 1150 feet, and for the purpose of said construc- <br />tion and installation the sum of $8,000 be appropriated and <br />assessed.
