ANNUAL REPORTS 21 <br />Allen Street from the present end in Blossom Street, a <br />distance of approximately 1400 feet; <br />Outlook Drive from Wachusetts Drive easterly a distance <br />of approximately 100 feet; <br />Harbell Street from the present end southerly a distance <br />of approximately 190 feet; <br />Colony Road from the present end northeasterly a dis- <br />tance of approximately 100 feet; <br />Tewksbury Street from Bedford Street to Sargent Street <br />and in Sargent Street from Tewksbury Street to Shir- <br />ley Street a distance of approximately 550 feet; <br />and to provide funds for said installation by transfer from <br />the Water Department Available Surplus to the Water Dept. <br />Const. Account. <br />Art. 22. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />money to complete the construction of Wood Street, same to <br />be done under Chapter 90 of the General Laws. <br />Art. 23. To see if the Town will assent to and approve <br />Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1933, being an Act authorizing the <br />dissolution of The Trustees of the Lexington Ministerial <br />Fund and the distribution of its property. <br />Art. 24. To act upon the recommendations of the Com- <br />mittee on the Amendment of the By -Laws of the Town, and <br />to see if the Town will amend the By -Laws by the adoption of <br />any or all of the recommendations of said Committee. <br />Art. 25. To see if the Town will accept the relocation or <br />alteration as a town way of Winter Street, from Bedford <br />Street for a distance of approximately 360 feet, as shown on <br />the plan dated February 13, 1933, and filed in the office of <br />the Town Clerk, and authorize the Selectmen to acquire by <br />purchase, eminent domain, or otherwise for that purpose <br />lands or easements or rights therein including the right to <br />have the land of the location protected by having the surface <br />of adjoining land slope from the boundary of the location, and <br />to appropriate money therefor, or for specific repairs on the <br />said way, or for construction of the said way, as so relocated <br />or altered, to be raised by loan or otherwise. <br />Art. 26. To see if the Town will vote to set aside a parcel <br />22 TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />of land, containing approximately ten acres, now 'used for <br />park purposes for a Town Forest, said parcel being described <br />as follows: <br />A parcel of Park property known as Town Meadows <br />bounded northwesterly by the north branch of Vine <br />Brook, and bounded southwesterly, southeasterly and <br />northeasterly by lands of Charles W. and Robert L. <br />Ryder, Trustees of Lexington Estates Trust. <br />Art. 27. To see if the Town will vote upon petition of <br />Frank W. Perkins to amend the Zoning By -Law and map of <br />the Town by changing from an R.1 District to a C.1 District <br />the lot of land at the westerly corner of Massachusetts Ave. <br />and Oak Street, or take any action relating thereto. <br />Art. 28. To see if the Town will vote upon .petition of <br />Daniel J. O'Connell to amend the Lexington Zoning By -Law <br />and map by changing from an R.1 District to a C.1 District <br />the following described parcel of land: <br />A triangular parcel of land bounded on the north- <br />west by Fletcher Avenue distant 183.90 feet, on the <br />southwest by Woburn Street distant 320.22 feet, and <br />on the northeast by the Boston and Lowell Railroad <br />Corp. right of way distant 317.40 feet, containing <br />about 27,994 square feet. <br />Art. 29. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Zoning By -Law and Zoning Map by establishing a new type <br />of residence district, to be called R.3 Districts, restricted as <br />to location, wherein there may be permitted apartment <br />houses, multiple dwellings or similar structures, restricted as <br />to height, bulk, area, coverage, or construction, or otherwise <br />restricted so as to protect health, safety, and the general <br />welfare, or act in any manner thereon. <br />Art. 30. To see if the Town will amend the Zoning By - <br />Law and Zoning Map so as to establish an R.3 District be- <br />tween Clarke and Muzzey Streets, Lexington, Mass., bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the southwesterly side of <br />Massachusetts Avenue opposite the southerly side of <br />Meriam Street, said point marking the northeasterly <br />corner of the C.1 District as established under the pro- <br />
