TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />TOWN WARRANT <br />9 <br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex, ss. <br />To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, in <br />said County, Greeting: <br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts <br />you are directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of <br />Lexington, qualified to vote in elections and in town affair, <br />to meet in the Town Hall, in said Lexington, on <br />Monday, the Eighteenth Day of February, A. D. 1924 at <br />7.30 P. 1.1., then and there to act on the following articles: <br />Art. 1. To receive the report of any Board of Town <br />Officers or of any Committee of the Town, and to appoint <br />other Committees. <br />Art. 2. To see if the town, upon the report and re- <br />commendation of the Planning Board, or otherwise, ‘.viii <br />vote to amend the By -Laws of the town by adding thereto <br />one or more articles for restriction of particular classes of <br />buildings and buildings to be used for particular purposes <br />to and for excluding them from specified districts or zones <br />of the town, under the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 25 <br />to 30, inclusive, and chapter 143, Section 3, of the General <br />Laws of Massachusetts, or act in any manner in relation <br />thereto. <br />Art. 3. To receive a communication from the <br />Trustees of Isaac Harris Cary Educational Fund regard- <br />ing a proposed Memorial Building; to see if the Town will <br />appoint a Committee to confer with the Trustees; and to <br />take any action relating to the appointment of a conference <br />Committee. <br />.Art. 4. To see if the town will vote to have the Board <br />of Assessors' valuation lists of real and personal property <br />for the years 1922 and 1923 prepared, published and dis- <br />tributed among the tax payers of the town, and if so, to <br />provide or raise funds for the same by the application of <br />funds already appropriated, or by the transfer of funds <br />from any account or department of the town. or by borrow- <br />ing the necessary funds on the note of the town, or to act in <br />any manner in relation thereto. <br />I0 ANNUAL REPORT <br />Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, <br />with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before <br />the time of said meeting. <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this twenty-ninth <br />day of January, A.
