<br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Middlesex, ss.
<br />To either of the Constables of the town of Lexington, in
<br />said County, Greeting:
<br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
<br />you are directed to notify the inhabitants of the Town of
<br />Lexington, qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs
<br />to meet in the Town Hall, in said Lexington, on Thursday,
<br />the twenty-sixth day of June, A. D., 1924, at eight o'clock
<br />P. M., then and there to act on the following articles
<br />Art.1. To receive the report of any Board of Town
<br />Officers or of any Committee of the Town for action there-
<br />on, and to appoint other Committees.
<br />Art. 2. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />money, (1) for the construction, including, equipment and
<br />furnishings of a new High School building and (2) for the
<br />re -modeling of the present High School building and to
<br />provide for such appropriation by the issuance of bonds
<br />or notes or by direct appropriation or by any, one or more
<br />or all of such methods or to take any action relating thereto.
<br />Art. 3. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />money for the construction, including equipment and fur-
<br />nishings of a four room addition to the Parker School
<br />building and to provide for such appropriation by the is-
<br />suance of bonds of notes or by direct appropriation or by
<br />any, one or more or all of such methods or to take any
<br />action relating thereto.
<br />Art. 4. To see if the Town will reimburse the Plan-
<br />ning Board for further expense incurred in printing and
<br />circulating notices of hearing and majority and minority
<br />reports concerning proposed zoning bylaw following ap-
<br />pointment of conference committee and to raise the neces-
<br />sary funds therefor, or act in any manner relating thereto.
<br />Art. 5. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />and assess $3200 for use on the park property for the pur-
<br />pose of resurfacing streets and making permanent
<br />provements, or act in any spanner relating thereto.

<br />Art, 6. To see if the Town will vote to install electric
<br />lights on the following unaccepted streets: Tewksbury
<br />Street and Winter Street, or act in any.. manner relating
<br />th ereto.
<br />Art. 7. To see if the town will vote to extend water
<br />mains in the following unaccepted steets: Simonds Road,
<br />Bertwell Road, Dexter Road and .Gleason Road, which ex-
<br />tensions approximately 3275 feet. also in St. Margaret Ave.,
<br />a distance of approximately 600 feet; appropriate 'money
<br />bW issuance of bonds, notes or otherwise, or act in any
<br />manner relating thereto.
<br />Art. 8. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />money for the construction of a sewer in Meriam Street,
<br />Oakland Street and Stetson Street, and•to provide same by
<br />the issuance of bonds, notes or by direct appropriation or
<br />by any of such methods, or acti in any manner relating
<br />thereto.
<br />Art. 9. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate
<br />and assess money for additional insurance on the Town of
<br />Lexington property, or act in any manner relating thereto.
<br />Art. 10. To see if the town will vote to provide
<br />sufficient money to care for the following Accounts for the
<br />balance of the year :
<br />Inspector of Slaughtering, Snow Removal, Sealer of
<br />Weights and Measures, Town Clerk, Health Department,
<br />Clerk of School Committee, Highways, Sewer Construction
<br />and Police. either by transfer of unexpended balances or
<br />by issue of notes or bonds or otherwise, or act in any man-
<br />ner relating thereto.
<br />Art. 11. To see what action the Town will take on the
<br />revision of the Building Laws, hear the report of the Com-
<br />mittee thereon, and to appropriate money for publishing
<br />the Revised Building Law, or act in any manner relating
<br />thereto.
<br />Art. 12. To see ifthe town will vote to transfer
<br />$491.87 balance of construction and equipment of Parker
<br />School to School Building Committee, or act in any manner
<br />relating thereto.
<br />Art. 13. To see if the town will rescind the vote of
<br />March 10, 1924 authorizing issue of note or notes for $2000
<br />for construction of sewer on Mass. Avenue and Charles
<br />Street, and furnish funds for this extension by other means,
<br />or act in any manner relating thereto,
