Moloy The polls were declared open in each precinct at four o'clock P. A1., and remained open until eight o'clock P. M., at which time after due notice, they were declared closed. The ballots were counted by the elections officers in each precinct, the tally sheets and total tally sheets pre- pared by the Town Clerk being used. The ballots were, ;after being counted, enclosed in envelopes, sealed, signed by the election officers, together with the unused ballots, delivered to the Town Clerk at his office. The Town Clerk canvassed the returns as made by the election officers, and announced the result as follows: at 8.05 P. M. Precinct 1 Ballots cast, 85 at 9.30 P. M.
