To see if the town will vote to purchase an automobile <br />combination hose wagon and chemical fire extinguisher, or an auto- <br />mobile fire engine, or any other fire apparatus, and to provide for <br />the raising of funds for that purpose by the issue and sale of the <br />notes or bonds of the town, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 11. To receive and act upon a report by the Selectmen <br />showing the laying out by them of a town way, the same being <br />known as Shirley street, leading from Bedford street southerly from <br />Hill street, forty (40) feet in width and four hundred and eighty-five <br />(485) feet in length; or act in any manner in relation to establish- <br />ing such public way. <br />(The lay out, including plan showing location and boundaries of <br />the way, may be seen at the office of the Town Clerk.) <br />ART. 12. To receive and act upon a report by the Selectmen <br />showing the laying out by them of a town way, the same being known <br />as Audubon road, leading from Massachusetts avenue to Lincoln <br />street forty (40) feet in width and six hundred and twenty-one <br />(621) feet in length, or act in any manner in relation to establishing <br />such public way. <br />(The lay out, including plan showing location and boundaries of <br />the way, may be seen at the office of the Town Clerk.) <br />ART. 18. To see if the town will vote to rescind its action taken <br />at a town meeting held May 22, 1911, whereby it was voted that <br />the percentage of approximate cost of the original installation of a <br />sewerage system to be paid by abutting land owners shall be sixty- <br />six and two-thirds per cent instead of seventy-five per cent as pro- <br />vided in Chapter 359 of the Acts of 1906, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 14. To authorize the establishing and constructing of a <br />sewerage system, and to provide for the raising of funds for that <br />55 <br />purpose by a loan or loans or otherwise; to authorize the issue and <br />sale of bonds under the provisions of Chapter 504 of the Acts of the <br />year 1897, and any acts in addition thereto or amendatory thereof, <br />including Chapter 359 of the Acts of the year 1906; and to take <br />such further or other action relative to the introduction, construc- <br />tion and use of sewers, the borrowing of money with which to <br />pay therefor and the issuing of notes or bonds or both, as may be <br />deemed best. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your <br />doings thereon, to the Town Clerk on or before the time of said <br />meeting. <br />Given under our hands at Lexington, this twenty-seventh day of <br />May, A.
