ART. 8. To provide for the support of the poor at the Poor <br />Farm the ensuing year, and grant money for the same. <br />ART. 9. To provide for the support of outside poor the ensuing <br />year, and grant money for the same. <br />Arty. 10. To provide for the support of the highways the ensuing <br />year, and grant money for the same. <br />ART. 11. To provide for the support of the street lights the <br />ensuing year, and grant money for the same. <br />ART. 12. To provide for the support of the fire department the <br />ensuing year, and grant money for the same. <br />ART. 13. To see if the town will make the appropriations for <br />town expenses the ensuing year, as submitted by the Selectmen, or <br />act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 14. To see what measures the town will adopt in relation <br />to the collection of taxes the ensuing year, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 15. To see if the town will make an appropriation to con- <br />struct sidewalks with concrete or other materials where the abutters <br />will pay one-half the expense thereof. <br />ART. Hi. To see if the town will appropriate the sum of $300.00 <br />for a School Physician, as required under Chapter 502, Section 1, <br />Acts of 1906. <br />ART. 17. To see if the town will make further appropriations of <br />money for the suppression of insects, or act in any manner relating <br />thereto. <br />ART. 18. To see if the town will lay edgestones along the east; <br />erly side of Massachusetts avenue and Hancock street from Merriam <br />street to Bedford street, and along the southerly side of Merriam <br />19 <br />street from Massachusetts avenue to the easterly boundry of the land <br />of the Boston & Maine Railroad, and raise and appropriate money <br />to defray the cost thereof, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 19. To see if the town will provide for the collection, <br />removal and disposal of garbage and ashes, and raise and appro- <br />priate money to defray the cost of the same, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 10. To see what action, if any, the town will take in relation <br />to the placing of electric lights, the removal of snow or doing of any <br />work which'calls for an expenditure of the town's money in private <br />ways, or unaccepted streets. <br />ART. 21. To see if the town will make an appropriation sufficient <br />to purchase one thousand feet of hose for the Fire Department and <br />act thereon. <br />ART. 22. To see if the town will make an appropriation to put <br />the ball grounds in good condition for hall games, and other sports, <br />or take any action relating thereto. <br />ART. 23. To see if the town will accept a new street called <br />Shirley street, leading from Bedford street, near Hill street, or act <br />in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 24. To see if the town will make a small appropriation to <br />meet the expense of keeping a suitable set of books in connection <br />with the trust funds of the town and take action thereon. <br />ART. 25. To see if the town will install a fire alarm box at the <br />junction of Pelham road and Eliot road, also one at corner of Bur- <br />lington and North Hancock streets, and appropriate money for <br />same, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 26. To see if the town will make an appropriation for the <br />placing of a drinking trough for animals, at or near the coiner of <br />Lovell and Woburn streets, or act in any manner thereto. <br />20 <br />
