To see if the Town will make an appropriation for use <br />of the Sewer Commissioners in making further investigation and <br />study relative to a sewerage system, or act in any manner relating <br />thereto. <br />ART. 27. To see if the Town will give the name of Winter Street <br />to the old county road leading from Bedford Street to the Bedford <br />town line. <br />ART. 28. To see if the Town will appropriate one thousand dol- <br />lars to repair and improve Wood Street, or act in any manner re- <br />lating thereto. <br />ART. 29. To see if the Town will vote to change the time of <br />ending its financial year from Dec. 31st to Nov. 30th, or act in any <br />manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 30. To see if the Town will make a by-law to prohibit ball <br />playing in the streets of the business part, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 31. To see if the Town will provide for the selection of a <br />committee of twenty-one citizens to consider matters relating to the <br />business interests of the town; one-third of said committee to serve <br />for one year, one-third for two years, and one-third for three years; <br />the places of the retiring members to be filled each year in the same <br />manner of selection, or to act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 32. To ascertain if the Town will authorize its Cemetery <br />Commissioners, or other persons, to select one or more locations <br />suitable for a cemetery and report to the Town on or before the <br />next annual town meeting; or to act in any wise concerning the <br />procurement of a place for cemetery purposes. <br />Ariz. 33. To see if the Town will accept a new street leading <br />from Merriam Street to Hayes Avenue, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 34. To see if the Town will make a further appropriation <br />for the suppression of the Gypsy and Brown Tail Moths, or act in <br />any manner relating thereto. <br />16 <br />ART. 35. To see if the Town will direct the Board of Assessors <br />to make a report for the current year at the end of the year which <br />shall include the following particulars copied from their valuation <br />list for the current year; the names and residences of the persons <br />assessed; the number of taxable polls; aggregate value of each <br />persons ratable personal estate ; the value of buildings exclusive of <br />land on each persons real estate; description by name or otherwise <br />of each and every lot of land owned by each person and the area <br />thereof; the value of the same; the aggregate value of real estate <br />of each person ; and the total cash tax on polls, personal and real <br />estate of each person ; and will direct that the Selectmen cause the <br />same to be published as a part of the annual town report for the <br />current year, or act in any manner in relation thereto. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your <br />doings thereon, to. the Town Clerk on or before the time of said <br />meeting. <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this sixteenth day of <br />February, A. WHITAKER, <br />Selectmen of Lexington. <br />MEETING MARCH 1, 1909. <br />Meeting called to order by the Town Clerk at 7.00 o'clock a. m., <br />who proceeded to read the Warrant. After reading Article 1, on <br />motion of Charles W. Swan, it was unanimously voted to dispense <br />with the further reading of the Warrant. The Town Clerk then <br />read the return of the Constable thereon. <br />ARTICLE 1. On motion of Frank D. Peirce it was <br />Voted, '1'o elect a Moderator by ballot ; that the check list be <br />used, and that the polls be kept open one minute. At the close of <br />
