lj <br />ART. 14. To see if the town will authorize their Treasurer, under <br />the direction of the Selectmen, to borrow money for any necessary <br />purpose, in anticipation of the collection of taxes the current year, <br />the same to be repaid directly from the proceeds of said taxes, or <br />act in any manner relating thereto.. <br />ART. 15. To see what measures the town will adopt in relation <br />to the collection of taxes the ensuing year, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 16. To see if the town will make an appropriation to con- <br />struct sidewalks with concrete or other materials where the abutters <br />will pay one-half the expense thereof. <br />Awr. 17. To see if the town will appropriate the sum of $200.00 <br />for a School Physician, as required under Chapter 502, Section 1, <br />Acts of 1906. <br />ART. 15. To make provision for complying with the requirements <br />of Chapter 524 of the Acts of 1907, relative to the compulsory <br />installation of water meters, and to this end to give any instructions <br />to the Water Commissioners, also to act in any manner in relation <br />to metered water service. <br />ART. 1-9. To see if the town will vote to change the name of <br />"Cary Library" to "Cary Memorial Library," or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART. 20. To see if the town will appropriate the sun of $250.00 <br />to paint and repair Stone building, or act in any manner relating <br />thereto. <br />ART. 21. To see if the town will vote to macadamize Percy road <br />from Warren street to Highland avenue, and Highland avenue from <br />Percy road to Bloomfield street at an expense of not over $3,000.00 <br />and appropriate money for the same, or act in any manner relating <br />thereto. <br />Ax -r. 22. To see if the town will rescind the vote passed at an <br />adjourned town meeting held on April 7, 1902, under article 27 of <br />14 <br />the warrant for said meeting (whereby the membership of the School <br />Committee was increased to six) by adopting the following motion <br />or acting in any manner relating thereto. <br />"That at the annual meeting for the election of town officers for <br />the years 1909, 1910, and 1911, and annually thereafter, the town <br />shall elect but one member of the School Committee for the term of <br />three years, so that after the annual town election in the year 1911 <br />there shall be but three members of the School Committee." <br />ART. 23. To see if the town, voting by ballot with the use of the <br />voting list, will adopt the provisions of the fast fourteen sections of <br />chapter twenty-eight of Revised Laws of Massachusetts, entitled "Of <br />Public Parks, Playgrounds and the Public Domain." <br />ART. 24. '1'o elect a Board of Park Commissioners consisting of <br />three persons and prescribe their terms of office. <br />ART. 25. To see if the town will designate and set apart for a <br />public park, lands conveyed to it by the Lexington Water Company <br />and invest the Park Commissioners with the control of this land and <br />all other parks and public lands belonging to the town. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your <br />doings thereon, to the Town Clerk on or before the time of said <br />meeting. <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this eighteenth day of <br />February, A.
