To see if the town will make an appropriation for the <br />extension of water mains, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 26. To see if the town will purchase the parcel of land now <br />owned by George W. Spaulding, situated on the westerly side of <br />Massachusetts avenue in Lexington, between the proposed lot of the <br />- Cary Memorial Library and land owned by Mrs. F. C. Jones, the <br />same to be added to the said library lot, when the latter is trans- <br />ferred to the town, or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 27. To see what action the town will take relative to naming <br />the new school building. <br />ART. 28. To see if the town will vote to build a catch basin near <br />the Town Hall and connect it with the present pipe line, or act in <br />any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 29. To see if the town will make an appropriation to com- <br />mence the making of surveys and plans of real estate in town, as <br />recommended by the Assessors in their report, or act in any manner <br />relating thereto. <br />ART, 30. To see if the town will accept the provisions of Chap- <br />ter 346 of the Acts and Resolves of the year 1902, being "An Act <br />to provide that Moderators of Town Meetings may be elected for <br />terms of one year," or act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 31. To see if the town will, in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of Chapter 41 of the Acts and Resolves of the year 1904, <br />accept the provisions of Chapter 454, of the Acts and Resolves of <br />the year 1903 and of Acts in addition thereto, or in amendment <br />thereof, said last named Act being entitled, "An Act to provide for <br />18 <br />joint caucuses or primaries of all political and municipal parties," or <br />act in any manner relating thereto. <br />ART. 32. To see what action, if any, the town will take relative <br />to the revision, collating, or codification of the By -Laws of the town, <br />and the printing, publication and circulation thereof. <br />ART. 33. To see what action, if any, the town will take relative <br />to the collating or codification of the various Acts and Resolves of <br />the Legislature that have been accepted by the town, and the print- <br />ing, publication and circulation thereof. <br />ART. 34. To see what action, if any, the town will take looking <br />toward the construction of a sewerage system, or act in any manner <br />relating to the subject of sewers. <br />Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant, with your <br />doings thereon, to the Town Clerk on or before the time of said <br />meeting. <br />Given under our hands, at Lexington, this twenty-first day of <br />February, A.
