25 <br />LICENSE. <br />Yes, <br />No, <br />Blank, <br />And the town voted No License. <br />179 <br />418 <br />94 <br />The check lists used and the ballots cast were signed and sealed <br />up according to law and delivered to the Town Clerk, and at 7.30 <br />o'clock the Moderator declared the meeting adjourned to Monday <br />evening, March 13, at 7.30 o'clock p. m. <br />ADJOURNED MEETING MARCH 13, 1905. <br />Meeting called to order by the Moderator at 7.40 o'clock. <br />ARTICLE 4. On motion of R. P. Clapp it was <br />Voted, That Art. 4 of the Warrant be considered before the house <br />for action thereunder at any time during the progress of the present <br />meeting or any adjournment hereof when no other business is <br />being transacted. <br />The Building Committee on the new Primary School Buikling <br />submitted their report (see reports of committees). It was voted <br />that the report be accepted and the committee discharged with the <br />thanks of the town for their services. C. W. Kettell moved that <br />the sum of $1,068.88 be appropriated and assessed to pay the extra <br />cost of erecting the building, and it was voted to refer the subject <br />to the Finance Committee. The committee chosen by the town to <br />consider the disposal of the water plant submitted their report, (see <br />reports of committees) and it was <br />26 <br />Voted, That the report of the committee on the town lands in <br />connection with the water works be accepted and that the town in <br />accordance with the recommendations of the report set apart for <br />public purposes all the lands and rights belonging to it and described <br />in said report. That the same committee, increased by two mem- <br />bers to be appointed by the Field and Garden Club, be requested <br />to continue their investigations, and that they report their doings <br />and further recommendations at a subsequent town meeting. <br />ART. 5. Under this Article the following officers were chosen : <br />Charles E. Wheeler, <br />James W. Smith, <br />George W. Spaulding, <br />FIELt, DRIVERS. <br />Albern S. Chatfield, <br />FENCE VIb.WERS• <br />Charles S. Blodgett, <br />SURVEYORS OF LUMBER. <br />Alfred E. Haynes. <br />George W. Buck. <br />Abbott S. Mitchell. <br />ART. 6. On motion of George D. Harrington it was <br />Voted, " That the name of William E. Fiske be stricken from <br />the list, at his own request, and that the town accept the list of <br />jurors as submitted by the Selectmen." <br />ART. 7. On motion of George W. Taylor it was <br />Voted, That the sum of two hundred dollars ($200) be appro- <br />priated and assessed for the observance of Memorial Day, the same <br />to be expended under the direction of Post 119, Grand Army of the <br />Republic. <br />
