<br />Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> <br />Friday, March 10, 2017 <br />Parker Meeting Room <br />Town Office Building <br />1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br />8:50 AM <br /> <br />Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair); Dick Wolk (Vice-Chair), Charles <br />Hornig, David Horton, Jeanne Krieger, Melinda Walker. <br /> <br />Bob Pressman joined the open session at 9:45 AM via conference call. <br /> <br />Absent: Norman Cohen, Sandra Shaw. <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant: Elizabeth Mancini <br /> <br />Other Attendees: Liz Rust, Director of the Regional Housing Services Office (RHSO), Dan Gaulin, <br />RHSO staff member, Carolyn Kosnoff, Assistant Town Manager for Finance (all joined the <br />meeting at 9:45 AM). Caileen Foley, Director- Lexington Housing Authority (joined the meeting <br />at 10:05 AM). <br /> <br />Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 8:55 AM at which time, upon a motion duly made <br />and seconded, it was voted by roll call (5-0) to enter into executive session under Exemption 6 <br />to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and to reconvene in open <br />session; the Chair declaring that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the <br />negotiating position of the Town. Mr. Wolk was not part of the roll call vote but joined the <br /> <br /> <br />1) Executive Session with Board of Selectmen- After entering into executive session, the <br />Meeting Room. At the conclusion of the discussion, the CPC returned to the Parker <br />Meeting Room. <br /> <br />2) Continued Discussion of Judges Road/ Pine Grove Project- At 9:45 AM, the CPC voted (6- <br />0) to exit executive session and continue discussion relating to the Pine Grove <br />affordable housing proposal. Mr. Pressman remotely joined the meeting at this time <br />due to his significant geographical distance. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
