• It was asked what happens to Harrington when School Committee moves. The needs for <br />School Committee and elementary are being evaluated. <br />• DPF handed out a summer schedule calendar for PBC meetings and was discussed. <br />Motion to precede with the engagement of Tecton Architect and Fee Proposal - APPROVED <br />3. Update on Westview Cemetery <br />It had been discussed that the Cemetery Building would be torn down and a new one built using <br />burial fees. A designer is still to be determined. Space for grieving families, administrative area, and <br />vehicle equipment storage is part of the work to be done at Westview. <br />PBC commented there was reaction and a lot of discussion at Town Meeting related to design and <br />cost, including some questions about using a pre-engineered building to possibly save costs. <br />• DPF asked if PBC felt a need to be involved with Westview Cemetery, a smaller scale <br />project, with the amount of projects PBC is already involved with. — The answer was no. <br />4. General Business <br />DPF handed out a PBC Summer 2017 Schedule for meetings and was reviewed. <br />Motion to adjourn was made and seconded: Meeting adjourned at 9:35pm. - APPROVED <br />PBC Meeting 04.12.17 4 <br />
