2)Committee Business- <br /> <br /> <br />a.Revised Debt Service- After a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted (7- <br /> <br />0) to recommend a revised FY18 debt service amount ($2,404,259) to Town <br />Meeting. <br />b.Minutes- After a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted (7-0) to <br /> <br />approved the minutes from meetings on 12.8.16, 12.15.16 and 12.22.16, as <br />submitted. <br />c.Public Facilities Director Search- Ms. Fenollosa advised the Committee that Pat <br /> <br />Goddard, Director of Public Facilities, is planning to retire and she was asked to <br />attend a meeting to discuss the recruitment of a new Facilities Director.
