Lexington Housing Partnership <br />7. Discussion of potential projects. <br />A lengthy discussion was held about appropriate projects the board might consider proposing. Jeri <br />Foutter reiterated her interest in 'Smart Growth Zones;" at this time there is a need to do research <br />on the viability of potential sites for such a designation or designations. There was some interest in <br />pursuing a possible collaboration with the Council on Aging and Metro West to propose a senior <br />housing project. To that end, Ms. Weiss volunteered to contact the Council on Aging to set up a <br />meeting between members from the Council on Aging and the housing partnership. Ms. Walker <br />agreed to join Ms. Weiss. <br />6. Set next meeting date. <br />The next meeting date was not set. <br />7. Meeting adjournment. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:32 pm. <br />Jeri Foutter has plans to meet with C.K. <br />She reviewed the definition of "Smart Growth Zones." <br />Possibility of Senior Housing Project with the Council on Aging and Metro West Collaborative <br />Development. Expectation that there would need to be 5 acres or more. <br />
