Minutes for Meeting on

Attending: Members: Judy Crocker, Elaine Ashton, Joe Pato, Andrew Dixon, Peter
Enrich, Alan Wrigley. Consultant: Marian Cohen.
1. Meeting came to order at 7:45 AM.
2. Logistics were discussed for next steps in reviewing and readying the survey.
Marian will make final edits to the current draft and circulate a link to the draft
survey to working group members, who will try out the survey and report back any
feedback to Marian and the working group. On the basis of that feedback, Marian
will prepare a revised version for beta testing, which will be initiated in early
January by invitations to the elected boards, the 20/20 committee, and senior town
and school staff. The working group will then reconvene to review results of the
beta testing in mid-January.
3. Peter and Joe agreed to follow up with the volunteers who have expressed
interest in assisting with translation of the survey into Mandarin, Hindi, and Korean.
4. The remainder of the meeting was devoted to continued review of suggested
revisions to the working draft of the survey, with primary focus on the new "trade-
off" questions, to be added as a new section of the survey. Marian is tracking all the
suggestions for inclusion in future drafts of the survey.
