Wrigley. Consultant: Marian Cohen. Guest: Rita Pandey
1. Meeting came to order at 8:30 AM.
2. The meeting was devoted to continued review of suggested revisions to the
working draft of the survey. Marian is tracking all the suggestions for inclusion in
future drafts of the survey.
3. A follow -up meeting to continue review and revision of the survey instrument
was scheduled for Dec. 1.
4. Meeting adjourned at 9:45 AM.
