EXECUTIVE SESSION, Litigation Against the Town: At 9:45 p.m. , on the <br /> motion of Mr. Sorensen, seconded by Mrs. Klauminzer, and after an individual <br /> poll of the five members present, it was voted 5-0 to go into Executive <br /> Session to discuss litigation against the Town concerning Nahigian vs. the <br /> Planning Board, re Tracer Lane, and Colangelo vs. the Board of Appeals, re <br /> Maguire Road, and to reconvene in open session only for the purpose of <br /> adjourning. <br /> The Board returned to open session at 10:04 p.m. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 p.m. <br /> 01.1„;(113 (44614„,„../ <br /> David G.
