Article 43, Institutional Uses: Mrs. Wood reported that Article 43 may <br /> come up again this evening. Grace Chapel and the clergy, in general, have <br /> become concerned about how the FAR provisions of the By-law change will affect <br /> them, and may move for reconsideration of Article 43. The Board agreed it <br /> will be a decision for the Moderator. <br /> 123. Article 56, Affordable Housing: Mrs. Klauminzer reported Selectman <br /> Marshall announced Monday night at Town Meeting that he did not favor in- <br /> definitely postponing Article 56, dealing with development guidelines for the <br /> Meagherville school site; that he thought Town Meeting should have the oppor- <br /> tunity to vote on this issue at this Town Meeting.
