He also said that if a building were non-conforming as to setback <br /> requirements as a residence, he would lean in favor of allowing the institu- <br /> tional use to occupy the building even if the yard setback for the building, <br /> as an instiutional use, was greater providing there is no expansion or <br /> addition to the building. <br /> Mrs. Klauminzer questioned whether the town should depend on a ruling of the <br /> Building Commissioner alone when there is no language in the Zoning By-Law. 1 <br /> She suggested the Use Table allow Group Care Facilities in all districts , as a <br /> residential use. <br /> On the motion of Mrs. Wood, seconded by Mrs. Klauminzer, it was voted unan- <br /> imously recommending in favor of the amendment, to accept the wording of the <br /> motion for Town Clerk on Article 43, as amended at the March 20, 1989 meeting <br /> and to approve the Planning Board report, as corrected. <br /> 11 <br /> 101. Articles 41, 42 and 46, signatures: The Board agreed to postpone <br /> signing the Planning Reports for Articles 41 and 42 until its next meeting. <br /> so that some minor editing changes can be made. <br /> The Board signed the Planning Board report on Article 46 which it had approved <br /> at its March 20 meeting. <br /> *************************9e4e** REPORTS ******************x***x*************** <br /> 102. Town Meeting Schedule for Planning Board Articles: Mrs. Uhrig f <br /> reported it appeared likely that the Planning Board articles will come l <br /> before the Town Meeting beginning on April 10, 1989. <br /> b. Meagherville site: Mrs. Klauminzer reported LEXHab had met last <br /> Wednesday to hear a report from Peter Smith of Cottonwood Corporation <br /> examining various scenarios for development of the Meagherville site. <br /> He presented several options ranging from full rental to full ownership <br /> with some mixed proposals.
