She moved for this Committee to go into Executive <br />Session, including the participation of the others present at that time, with the intent to <br />reconvene in Open Session to continue with further business of this Committee. The <br />members of this Committee were individually polled. Vote: 5–0 <br />This Committee was then in Executive Session. <br />Ms. Hai explained that this Executive Session was called so that the whole Committee <br />would have the latest information on the status of the Town’s actions regarding the <br />potential purchase of the property at 171–173 Bedford Street under Article 2 of the draft <br />Town Warrant for an anticipated STM 2016-5. While negotiations continue, nothing would <br />be firm about taking positive action under that Article until a Letter of Intent to purchase is <br />mutually agreed to and signed by both the Town and the seller. <br />The discussion addressed what and when more-specific information, including dollar <br />amounts and projected timelines, would be available for use in this Committee’s report to <br />that STM. <br />The discussion did not include this Committee taking any positions or holding any votes. <br />At 9:36 .., Ms. Hai moved for this Committee to return to Open Session to continue with <br />AM <br />further business of this Committee.
