TriBurlington.Lexington.Wilmington Ton Coalition Advisory Board-

Rashod will be out for a few weeks starting December 18, 2023 for foot surgery.
Jackie is currently working on resources for migrant families.
Tahycha is in Lexington the majority of the time assisting with inspections. She
will be attending MHOA on 10/25 to 10/26.
Susan will need to Tahycha for migrant vaccinations as she has been a great help
st
in conducting the clinics. At least one clinic has been scheduled for December 1.
Lexington Police and Fire are on board with Jackie presenting on Hoarding for First
Responders. Joanne will reach out to Jackie to schedule times.
Shared Services Staff have been assisting with the CHE Survey. The survey closes
st
on October 31.

V. New Business
Joanne advised that Lexington holds a Public Health Week in April and they
would like to do a presentation relative to women’s health on endometrial cancer.
They would like to show the documentary “Below the Belt” on endometrial
cancer with a surgeon and one of the producers from the documentary present to
answer questions. There is a showing fee associated with the documentary in the
amount of approximately $4K to $5K to show the film to between 150-200 people
and help promote the event. Residents from all three towns in the shared services
group would be invited and this health education night would incorporate health
equity for women’s’ health and improve resident health in the PHE
municipalities. All felt this would be an excellent use of PHE funds.

Quarterly reports for the PHE grant will now be on a portal that OLRH are
currently working on and hope to have live at some point in November.

The next meeting will be held on November 15, 2023
Meeting adjourned at 3:00 PM.
