Minutes of the Community Farming Committee, Thursday July 21, 2016, 7:00pm <br />Town Office Building, Reed Room, Rm 111 <br />Members Present: Alan Wrigley, Raul Marques, Charles Lamb <br />Others: Carolyn Goldstein (LexFam), Allison Guerette (LexFarm), Sue Schiffer (VP, <br />LexFarm), John Bartenstein <br />Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by the chair. <br />1. Discussion of the CR <br />Last sentence needs to change Grantee to Grantor. <br />LexFarm is fine with the standard Town 15' setback and any buildings would have <br />to go through the Town Manager anyway. <br />Carolyn asked about procedure in the future relative to the EOA and Mass Farm <br />Bureau. The Chair will talk to the Town Manager to understand the details. <br />Motion: Approve the proposed CR. Approve: 3:0. <br />2. Review of Operational Site Plan <br />Comments made and a dog policy was discussed and proposed. <br />Motion: Approve the draft Operational Site Plan with permission to the chair to <br />make minor edits before transmitting to the Town Manager. Approve: 3:0. <br />3. Approve Minutes from May 31, 2016, and July 21, 2016. <br />Motion: Approve minutes of May 31, 2016, and July 2016. Approve: 3:0. <br />Motion to adjourn: 3:0 (7:55 pm) <br />
