07/11/2023 AC Minutes <br />2 <br />4) An increase in the spending limit of the Health Revolving Fund for FY2023 from $45,000 to <br />$55,000 due to increased expenses related to the Town’s expanded vaccination program. <br />Ms. Kosnoff noted that the Town is generally reimbursed by the Commonwealth of Massa- <br />chusetts for vaccination expenses after some delay. She also noted that an increase in ex- <br />penses was anticipated for FY2024 for which the spending limit of the revolving fund was <br />increased to $90,000. <br /> <br />The transfers under items 1, 2, and 4 need the approval of this Committee. The transfer under item <br />3 only needs the approval of the Select Board – it is being presented at this meeting for informa- <br />tional purposes. Mr. Padaki moved that the Committee approve the transfers for items 1, 2, and 4. <br />The motion was seconded. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 7-0. <br />Minutes of Prior Meetings <br />Minutes from the Committee meeting on May 11 were approved by a roll call vote of 7-0. No other <br />minutes for Committee meetings are outstanding. <br />Future Meetings <br />Ms. Kosnoff alerted that budget summit meetings, i.e., joint meetings with the Select Board, School <br />Committee, and Capital Expenditures Committee, are being planned for Wednesday, October 18, <br />and Wednesday, November 15. The date of Thursday, December 14, will be held just in case an <br />additional meeting is necessary. Each of these meetings will start at 7:00 p.m. <br />A special town meeting will be held on November 7, 8, and 9. <br />Mr. Parker and the Committee agreed to hold a Committee meeting on Thursday, September 14. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting was adjourned by unanimous roll call vote at 8:38 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Alan M.
