<br />Owner Authorization Letter: dated May 22, 2023 <br /> <br />The architect explained the proposed signage plans at 1736 Mass Ave. <br />The Commission felt the proposed changes were partially appropriate. They conditionally approved this <br />application with modifications. The final proposed plans will be subject to Dan Hisel’s review. <br />No public comments. <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy made a motion to approve this application subject to the suggestions <br />that have been made during the hearing to be reviewed and a Certificate of Appropriateness will be <br />issued after Dan Hisel’s review and approval. Robin Lovett seconded. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the continued hearing for 4 Hunt Road, exterior alterations <br />(Living Room Additions) in the Munroe Tavern Historic District <br />Documents <br />Updated proposed plans: dated August 2, 2023 <br /> <br />The homeowner/architect explained the updated proposed additions plans at 4 Hunt Road. <br />The Commission felt the proposed changes were appropriate. <br />No public comments. <br /> <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />4 Hunt Road. Motion carried, all in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy opened the continued hearing for 4 Percy Road, exterior alterations <br />(Garage Additions) in the Munroe Tavern Historic District <br />Documents <br />4 Percy Road _ Tavern Lane Views_07-27-23: dated July 27, 2023 <br /> <br />The architect explained the proposed renovation and addition plans at 4 Percy Road. <br />The Commission agreed to continue this application to next HDC meeting. Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy <br />recused himself because he is a board member of Lexington Historical Society, which has an association <br />with Munroe Tavern.
