Procedurally,theremustbefourvotestoobtaintheHOMEfunds.Theseshouldallbeproforma. Theyare: 1.VotetoallocatetheFY16funds. 2.VotetoallocatetheFY17funds. 3.VotetosigntheHOMEpaperwork VotetosigntheLIPapplication 4. Ms.RustnotedthattheremainderofthefundswillcomefromtheCPAfunds. RHSOisworkingtomaintainaffordablehousingatAvalonLexington.Theagreementforthe affordablehousingthatinitiallyprovidedforrentstobeprovidedat50%ofAMIhasexpired.The unitswillnowbeat80%ofAMIforfuturetenants. 3.ContinueddiscussionaboutLexingtonHousingFoundation/Foutter&Haskell Ms.HaskellremindedtheLHPthatBobBicknellhasresignedfromtheFoundationanda replacementneedstobefound. TheLHPdiscussedhowtheLexingtonHousingFoundationmightbestbeleveragedforaccepting housingfunds.Ms.FoutterclarifiedthelegalstatusoftheFoundation.TheLHPagreed affordable thatitshouldsupporttheworkoftheLexingtonHousingFoundation.Ms.Walkerencouragedthe LHPmemberstohelpfindareplacementforMr.Bicknell. 4.ContinueddiscussionaboutMetrowestCoffeesforSeniors/Pelletier Ms.PelletiercontactedtheSeniorCenteraboutholdinganaffordablehousinginformationsession attheSeniorCenter.TheSeniorCenterhasalreadysentoutitsMay/Junenewsletterandisnot Lexington Housing Partnership addinganyMayorJuneevents.ThenextnewsletterswillbeforJuly/AugustandSeptember/ October.Thefollowingoptionsareavailable: WaituntilSeptemberorOctober.
