Minutes of the Lexington Capital Expenditures Committee (CEC) Meeting <br />March 30, 2016 <br />A Motion was made and seconded that, if and when such a downsizing were to be <br />presented to the 2016 ATM, this Committee would support the reduced scope and <br />associated reduced funding request. Vote: 4–1 (Ms. Barnett in opposition) <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />A Motion was made and seconded to approve the following Minutes of CEC meetings: <br />Draft #3 for March 1, 2016, and Draft for March 18, 2016, both as presented. Vote: 4–0–1 <br />(Ms. Barnett abstained as she did not attend those meetings.) <br />A Motion was made and seconded to approve the following Minutes of CEC meetings: <br />Draft #4 for March 8, 2016, Drafts #2 for March 10 & 15, 2016, all as presented. Vote: 5–0 <br />Mr. Kanter read the draft Minutes for this meeting. A Motion was made and seconded that <br />those Minutes of this meeting, including the immediately subsequent adjournment, be <br />approved as presented.
