1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Richard F. Perry at 8:35 A.M.

2. OLD BUSINESS
A. FISH# 155121-Vynebrooke Village Kitchen and Bath Modernization Project-
Approval of Proposed Change Order #3: Additional Fire Alarm Scope-Flexible
Conduit System $391,256.04
The Board reviewed and discussed the Change Order and agreed it is reasonable
and appropriate to run the conduit now while the walls are open in buildings 10-
12. EOHLC confirmed ARPA funding would be used to fund the Change Order.
Upon a motion by Maureen Rynn and seconded by Mark McCullough, the Board
voted to approve Change Order #3 in the amount of $391,256.04 for Varieka
Construction FISH# 155121. The roll call vote was as follows:

B. FISH #155128-Greeley Village and Vynebrooke Village Fire Alarm System
Upgrade-Bid Rejection
The Lexington Housing Authority received bids on June 6, 2023. The estimated
cost of the project was $1,000,000.00. The low bid was Jupiter Electric at
$1,189,900.00. Their bid was $189,900.00 over budget. There is not sufficient
funding for this Fire Alarm System project. The Board discussed rejecting all bids
for being over budget.
Upon a motion by Maureen Rynn and seconded by Mark McCullough, the Board
voted to reject all bids for FISH 155128 – Greeley Village and Vynebrooke
Village Fire Alarm System Upgrade.
