<br />Owner Authorization Letter: dated April 10, 2023 <br />Windows specs 1707 entire building – Customer 3784683: dated April 24, 2023 <br /> <br />The applicants explained the proposed signage and window replacement plans to 1707 Massachusetts <br />Avenue. <br />The Board felt the proposed changes were appropriate with the window, trim and molding around all <br />should be in white. And the trim of doors previously approved can be black. The Commissioners can then <br />revisit if it needs. <br />No public comments. <br /> <br />Motion was granted and seconded to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to <br />1707 Massachusetts Avenue with one caveat that the window will be white with white trim as <br />received. And the trim of doors previously approved can be black.
