I spoke to Joe Pato about the last two earmarks that are a part of the bond bill and the earmarks <br /> generally and concerns that these have come from our State Legislative Delegation and we receive <br /> the information afterwards with little guidance on intent. Mr. Pato and I discussed the need to <br /> request our State Legislative Delegation to attend an upcoming Select Board meeting to discuss <br /> this as well as any other legislative updates. <br /> • Attached please find the agenda tracker for upcoming Select Board meetings. <br /> Public Facilities: <br /> • Attached please find the April 2023 Police Station Proj ect Report. <br /> Public Works: <br /> • AMI Meter Proj ect Update: A total of 13,568 meters (91%) have been replaced or retrofitted <br /> (9,390 are new meters and 4,178 are retrofits). The "Eye On Water" sign-ups are at 21%. <br /> • There are 2 paper shredding events scheduled for Hartwell Avenue: May 27th and June 24th from <br /> 9:OOam—Noon. <br /> • The area to be repaved along Mass Ave in the Center is scheduled for after Memorial Day. <br />
