Jacqueline Davison, Planning Board, moved that <br /> the Report of the Planning Ioard on Article 21 be <br /> accepted and placed on file . <br /> Passed - Following a unanimous voice vote at 9 : 27 p.m. , the <br /> See P. 11 Moderator declared the report to have been accepted and <br /> placed file . <br /> MOTION : That the Zoning By-Laws of the Town be amended <br /> as set forth in the motion attached to the report of the <br /> Planning Board on this article . <br /> MOTION <br /> That the Zoning By-Law be amended as follows : �I <br /> A, by adding a new definition in Section 2 , DEFINITIONS , <br /> in the proper alphabetical sequence : <br /> "PRIVATE POSTAL SERVICES : a retail use which <br /> includes private postal box rentals and mailing <br /> services . Such facility shall not be used as a <br /> distribution center , parcel delivery or commercial <br /> mail ,delivery center but shall remain as a retail <br /> convenience store for consumers .
