Redistricting <br /> Question #2 - (9th Middlesex District - Precincts 2-4) <br /> Question #3 — (/5th Middlesex District Precincts 1,5-9) <br /> This question is not binding. <br /> Shall the state representative from this district be instructed to vote in favor of a constitutional amendment <br /> that would remove the authority to create congressional and legislative districts from the state Legislature <br /> and instead place that responsibility in the hands of an independent commission, subject to strict guidelines <br /> for public participation, nonpartisanship, retaining the integrity of existing communities and respecting the <br /> voting rights of minorities? <br /> Hereof fail not and make return of this warrant with your doings thereon at the time and place of said voting. <br /> Given under our hands this 4th day of October 2004 <br /> Dawn E.
