Chair Paul O’Shaughnessy called the February 2, 2023 Historic Districts Commission meeting to
order at 5:03pm.

The Board made a motion to postpone all hearings to HDC meeting in February 8, 2023 because
we could not maintain a quorum for the full meeting. Motion carried. All in favor.
The Board made a motion to adjourn at 5:10pm. Motion carried. All in favor.
