TOWN WARRANT <br /> COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS MIDDLESEX,, ss . <br /> To either?of the Constables of the Townof Lexington, in -said County <br /> Greeting; <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you, are directed <br /> to notify the inhabitants of the Town of .Lexington, qualified to vote <br /> in elections and in town affairs, to meet in their respective voting <br /> places in:Said town, <br /> (Precinct One, Emerson Hall: Precinct Two, Three and Four, Gary <br /> Memorial Hall) , on Friday, the twenty-second day of December, A. D. 1933, <br /> at three o'clock, P. M. , then and there to act on the following articlesi <br /> Article 1. <br /> Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale therein of all <br /> alcohol beverages (whisky, rum, gin, malt beverages, wines and all <br /> other alcoholic beverages)? Yes <br /> No <br /> Article 2. Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale <br /> therein of wines and malt beverages (wines and beer, ale and all other <br /> malt beverages )? ' Yes I <br /> No <br /> Article 3. Shall licenses be granted in this town for the sale <br /> Yes 1 1 <br /> ( <br /> therein of alcoholic beverages in taverns?‘ II <br /> No <br /> The polls will be open at 3:00 P.M. and will remain open until 8:00 P.M. <br /> And you are directed to serve this Warrant seven days at least <br /> before the time of said meeting as provided in the By-Laws of the Town. <br /> Hereof, fail not, and make due return on this Warrant, with <br /> your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before the time of said <br /> meeting. <br /> Given under our hands, at Lexington, this twelfth day of <br /> December, A.
