Art . 34. To see if the town. will vote to accept that portion of <br /> Pelham Road at its junction with Massachusetts Avenue as laid out by <br /> the Selectmen, or act in any manner relating thereto . <br /> Art . 35 . To see if the Town will vote to create a permanent Town <br /> Memorial Committee in accordance with the recommendation of the <br /> Welcome Home Committee , or act in any manner relative thereto . <br /> Ant . 36 . To see if the Town will vote to require any or all Town <br /> Officers to pay all fees received by them by virtue of their office <br /> into the town treasury. <br /> Art. 37. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of <br /> Section 126 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws which provides that no <br /> privy vault shall be constructed upon premises connected with a common <br /> or private sewer or abutting on a public or private street, court or <br /> passageway in which there is a common sewer opposite thereto , without <br /> permissionin writing having first been obtained from the Board of <br /> Health, and that if, in the opinion of said Board, a privy vault so <br /> situated is injurious to the public health, it shall declare the same <br /> a nuisance and forbid its continuance ; and that the Board of Health <br /> shall have the power to remove any nuisance In accordance with the <br /> provisions of Sections 123-124185 of the General Laws . <br /> tar Art. 38 . To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Health to <br /> make and enforce regulations for the public health and safety relative <br /> to house drainage and connections with common sewers in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Section 127 of Chapter 111 of the General haws . <br /> Art. 39. To see if the Town will authorize the establish- <br /> ment of a dental clinic in the public schools by the Board of Health and <br /> appropriate a sum for the maintenance therefore , which in the judgment <br /> of the Board of Health, may be necessary for that purpose , or take any <br /> action relative thereto, <br />
