Art. 23 . To appropriate money for the use of the Water Department, <br /> and vote to issue Bonds or Notes therefor, or otherwise determine <br /> the method of raising the money so appropriated, and to take any <br /> other or further action relative thereto as may be deemed best. <br /> Art. 24. To see if the Town will appropriate the sum of Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ( '+;500) for the care of the Cemeteries for the ensuing year, <br /> or take any action relating thereto . <br /> Art. 25 . To receive the report of the committee appointed to prepare <br /> and present a new code of by-le:e-s to the to-:m, and take action thereon. <br /> Art. 26 . To see what action the town will take to raise and appro- <br /> priate $350 for the George Washington Memorial Building, Washington <br /> D. C. <br /> Art. 27 . To see if the Town will accept a road running westerly from <br /> Highland Avenue at its ,unction with Bloomfield Street to Highland <br /> Avenue near - itt junction with Winthrop Road, or act in any msnner <br /> relating thereto. <br /> Plans showing proposed layout may be seen at the office of the <br /> Town Clerk. <br /> Art. 28. To see if the town will authorize the surveyors of Highways <br /> to widen the easterly end of Vine Rrook Road, from forty feet to <br /> sixty feet, provided it is done without expenee to the town, or act <br /> in any manner relating thereto. <br /> Art. 29 . To see if the To-r will authorize their Treasurer , under <br /> the direction of the Selectmen, to borrow money for any necessary <br /> purposes, in anticipation of revenue for the current year, the same <br /> to be repaid directly from the proceeds of said revenue, or act in <br /> any manner relating thereto. <br /> Art . 30. Td see if the Town will vote to accept Sections 21 to 25 <br /> both inclusive of Chapter 78 of the Revised laws and all acts in <br /> amendment thereof and in addition thereto providing for the election <br /> of a Board of Cemetery Commissioners and the care and management of <br /> the public burial grounds of the Town, or act in any manner relating <br /> thereto. <br />
