No public comments. 2. Discuss “Final” draft of the Comprehensive Plan. a. Ms Barrett explained that most comments that she had made and that TAC had made were incorporated, although some were not. She felt overall it is acceptable. However, she noted that the section on “biking, walking, and micro-mobility” still had items such as autonomous vehicles and drone delivery, which have nothing to do with biking, walking, and micro-mobility. b. Ms Dratch felt that there was not enough emphasis to reduce parking on commercial developments. c. Ms Castleman was not pleased that TDM was not covered in a way to ensure contributions into TDM Fund from new developers, when relevant. d. Ms Barrett suggested that it is the follow-up actions that are important in this regard. e. Mr. Botla thought there should be something about zoning issues that are expected soon from the State. f. Mr. Botla also wanted to include something about parking. g. Mr. Botla moved that we relate a comment at the Planning Board from TAC that Parking Minimums be Eliminated along MBTA routes and Parking Minimums be Reduced in other parts of Town, and other than that that TAC accept the current “draft” of the Comp Plan. h. The motion unanimously passed. i. The meeting was ended abruptly at 5:39 when the Zoom call expired. Respectfully submitted, Sally Castleman
