TOWN OF LEXINGTON <br />Permanent Building Committee <br />Permanent Members <br />Jon Himmel, Co-Chairman, Charles Favazzo, Co-Chairman, <br />Peter Johnson, Philip Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Elizabeth Giersbach, Frederick Merrill <br />Police Station Members: Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum <br />Associate Members: Curt Barrentine, Henrietta Mei <br /> <br />PBC Minutes for the meeting held on: 9-22-22 <br />Meeting was held remotely via Zoom <br /> <br />Members Present: <br />Jon Himmel, Charles Favazzo, Peter Johnson, Phil Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Frederick Merrill, Elizabeth Giersbach, <br />Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum <br /> <br />The PBC Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Minutes for 6-16-22 and 8-25-22 were distributed. Comments received to date have been incorporated. <br />Attendance was clarified clarified for the 6-16-22 meeting <br /> <br />Motion to Approve the Meeting Minutes for 6-16 2022 and 8-25-2022, as edited. <br />Motion made, 2nd and approved <br /> <br /> <br />Westview Cemetery <br /> <br />Status on the Westview Cemetery Project was reported. <br />Overall progress is being made. No significant developments. <br />A Change order proposal was being reviewed for extension of the Electrical duct bank as Eversource will only trench to <br />the property line. <br />Overall activities are: <br />• Foundation walls are backfilled. <br />• Plumbing under slab is 95% <br />• Electrical under slab is underway. <br />• Water Service has been brought to the building <br />• Electrical service duct bank is tentative next week <br />• Setting Plates for Structural steel are in place <br />• Goal to Pour administrative slab within a week <br />• Structural Steel due on site 1st week of October <br /> <br /> <br />Police HQ Project Update <br /> <br />The current site activities and upcoming events were identified. <br /> <br />Dore & Whittier is under contract by the Town as onsite OPM and is represented by: <br />Michael Burton <br />Steve Brown <br /> <br /> <br />
