TOWN OF LEXINGTON Permanent Building Committee Permanent Members Jon Himmel, Co-Chairman, Charles Favazzo, Co-Chairman, Peter Johnson, Philip Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Elizabeth Giersbach, Frederick Merrill Police Station Members: Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum Associate Members: Curt Barrentine, Henrietta Mei PBC Minutes for the meeting held on: 9-22-22 Meeting was held remotely via Zoom Members Present: Jon Himmel, Charles Favazzo, Peter Johnson, Phil Coleman, Celis Brisbin, Frederick Merrill, Elizabeth Giersbach, Semoon Oh, Wendy Krum The PBC Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm Meeting Minutes The Minutes for 6-16-22 and 8-25-22 were distributed. Comments received to date have been incorporated. Attendance was clarified clarified for the 6-16-22 meeting Motion to Approve the Meeting Minutes for 6-16 2022 and 8-25-2022, as edited. Motion made, 2nd and approved Westview Cemetery Status on the Westview Cemetery Project was reported. Overall progress is being made. No significant developments. A Change order proposal was being reviewed for extension of the Electrical duct bank as Eversource will only trench to the property line. Overall activities are: • Foundation walls are backfilled. • Plumbing under slab is 95% • Electrical under slab is underway. • Water Service has been brought to the building • Electrical service duct bank is tentative next week • Setting Plates for Structural steel are in place • Goal to Pour administrative slab within a week • Structural Steel due on site 1st week of October Police HQ Project Update The current site activities and upcoming events were identified. Dore & Whittier is under contract by the Town as onsite OPM and is represented by: Michael Burton Steve Brown
