No <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The proposed amendment of the Constitution increases <br /> from five days to ten days the period of time the Con- <br /> stitution gives the Governor to act upon measures passed <br /> by the Legislature and submitted to him for approval. No <br /> other changes are made in the several Constitutional pro- <br /> visions relative to action by the Governor upon such <br /> measures. <br />
