-5- ARTICLE 15. To see if the Town will vote to install a sewer main or mains in such locations as the Selectmen may determine from an exist- ing trunk sewer located about 1,500 feet northwest of Bedford Street to a new subdivision to be located off Volunteer Way near Rangeway, subject to the assessment of betterments or otherwise, in accordance with Chapter 504 of the Acts of 1897, as amended, or otherwise, and to take by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary therefor; appropriate money for such installation and land, acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds, including any special sewer funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto.
