-3- <br /> ARTICLE 5. To see if the Town will establish the salary and <br /> compensation of the Town Treasurer, Town Clerk, and. Collector of Taxes, <br /> being all the elected officers of the Town on a salary basis , as provided <br /> by Section 108 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws , and raise and appropriate <br /> the funds necessary therefor; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br /> ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town <br /> Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time <br /> to time in anticipation of the revenue for the financial years beginning <br /> January 1, 1968 and January 1, 1969 , and to issue a note or notes therefor , <br /> payable within one year, in accordance with provisions of General Laws, <br /> Chapter W1 , Section 4, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for <br /> a periodof less than one year, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> General Laws , Chapter 44, Section 17; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will transfer unexpended appropriation <br /> balances in any of the accounts to the Excess and Deficiency Account , or to <br /> other accounts suitable for such transfer under Chapter )01 of the General <br /> Laws ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br /> ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate money to <br /> pay any unpaid. bills rendered to the 'lbwn for prior years ; or act in any <br /> other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 9. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate a sum of <br /> money for the Reserve Fund as provided by Section 6 of Chapter 40 of the <br /> General Laws ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br /> petition the Director of Accounts of the State for an audit for the <br /> year 1967; or act in any other manner in relation thereto . <br />
