-11- <br /> ARTICLE 36. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br /> enter into a contract for a study of traffic conditions in such locations <br /> as the Selectmen may determine on Bedford Street, Hartwell Avenue and Wood <br /> Street, and appropriate a sum of money therefor, and determine whether the <br /> money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available <br /> funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> ARTICTF 37. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for <br /> engineering services and plans for sewer mains in such accepted or unaccepted <br /> streets or other land as the Selectmen may determine, and determine whether <br /> the money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from <br /> available funds, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 38. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money <br /> for the purchase of a new ambulance and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from available funds, or by <br /> trade-in of the present ambulance, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 39. To see if the Town will vote to accept Section 95A of <br /> Chapter 32 of the General Laws of Massachusetts, as amended by Chapter <br /> 727 of the Acts of 1965, which is an act authorizing the Board of Selectmen <br /> in towns to act on behalf of towns with respect to certain annuities to the <br /> widow and children of any official or employee who was retired or pensioned <br /> under the provisions of any non-contributory retirement law or who was <br /> qualified for retirement under the provisions of such law but died before <br /> being retired, and who had no rights under any such law to elect that benefits <br /> thereunder be paid to a survivor. <br />
