To see if the Town will appropriate an additional sum <br /> of money to be used in conjunction with money appropriated under Article 8 <br /> of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting held on June 8, 1964 and under <br /> Article 12 of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting held on November 23, <br /> 1964 for installing sewer and water mains, conduits and drains under the <br /> portion of Route 2 to be reconstructed in the Town and under any roads <br /> constructed in the Town in connection therewith as authorized by votes <br /> under said Article 8 and Article 12, and determine whether the money shall <br /> be provided by transfer from available funds, including any unexpended <br /> balances in current appropriations, or by borrowing, or by any combination <br /> of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 5. To see if the Town will vote to accept Section 20C of <br /> Chapter 90 of the General Laws, inserted by Section 6 of Chapter 786 of <br /> the Acts of 1962, as amended by Sections 1 and 2 of Chapter 451 of the <br /> Acts of 1963, which is an Act relative to the non-criminal disposition <br /> of parking violations in cities and towns in the Commonwealth. <br /> ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Building By-Law <br /> by adding in Section 2 of Article II thereof immediately following the <br /> first sentence of said Section 2 a new sentence to read substantially as <br /> follows: <br /> The Board of Selectmen may also at any time and for such <br /> terms as it may determine appoint such additional assistant building <br /> inspectors as it may deem necessary for the proper enforcement of <br /> building, zoning and sign by-laws, and other laws, by-laws and <br /> regulations administered or enforced by the Building Inspector. <br />
