18. <br /> ARTICLE 56 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law <br /> of the Town of Lexington by striking out the entire paragraph 16 of sub- <br /> section (c) of Section L. thereof. <br /> ARTICLE 57 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law <br /> of the Town of Lexington by striking out the entire paragraph 12, of sub- <br /> section (c) of Section 4 thereof . <br /> ARTICLE 58. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law <br /> of the Town of Lexington by striking out paragraph 22 of subsection (c) <br /> of Section 4 thereof and inserting in place thereof a new paragraph 22. <br /> reading as follows : <br /> 22. Districts at the junction of Woburn and Lowell Street <br /> upon the northeasterly, southeasterly and southwesterly <br /> corners thereof and extending for a distance of 200 feet <br /> along each street from the junction points of the side- <br /> lines of each street and thence back at right angles to <br /> each said street until the exterior lines intersect . <br /> ARTICLE 59. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law <br /> of the Town of Lexington by striking out Section 1 thereof and inserting <br /> in place thereof a new Section 1 reading as follows : <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> PURPOSE <br /> For the purposes set forth in General Laws, Chapter L0A, <br /> Sections 1 to 22 inclusive, and all acts in amendment thereof <br /> and in addition thereto, and under the authority thereof and <br /> of General Laws, Chapter 143, and any other enabling laws, <br /> the inspection, materials, construction, alteration, repair, <br /> height, number of stories, area, size, location and the use <br /> of bu'ldings and structures, the size of lots, yards, courts <br /> and other open spaces, and the use of land in the Town of <br /> Lexington are hereby regulated as herein provided, and the <br /> Town is divided into districts, as hereinafter defined and <br /> as shown on the Zoning Map prepared by the Planning Board, <br /> a copy of which is filed with the Town Clerk, which map as <br /> filed and as from time to time revised to conform to amend- <br /> ments of the Zoning By-Law is hereby made a pert of this <br /> By-Law. <br />
