16. <br /> ARTICLE 50. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Hudson Road from 110 feet, <br /> more or less, east of noodcliffe Road a distance of 530 feet, more or <br /> less, easterly to Cutler Farm Road as laid out by the Selectmen under <br /> the Betterment Act and shown upon a plan on file in the office of the <br /> Town Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take by eminent domain, purchase <br /> or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest in land necessary <br /> therefor; appropriate money for the construction of said street and for <br /> land acquisition and determine whether the money shall be provided by <br /> the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds or by borrowing, <br /> or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other manner in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 51. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Columbus Street from Cedar <br /> Street a distance of 600 feet, more or less, westerly as laid out by the <br /> Selectmen under the Betterment Act and shown upon a plan on file in the <br /> office of the Town Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take by eminent <br /> domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other interest <br /> in land necessary therefor; appropriate money for the construction of said <br /> street and for land acquisition and determine whether the money shall be <br /> provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds or by <br /> borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 52. To see if the Town will vote to establish as a town <br /> way, and accept the layout of as a town way, Bennett Avenue from Tarbell <br /> Avenue a distance of 160 feet, more or less, westerly to Chase Avenue <br /> as laid out by the Selectmen under the Betterment Act and snown upon a plan <br /> on file in the office of the Town Clerk, dated January 8, 1965, and to take <br /> by eminent domain, purchase or otherwise acquire any fee, easement or other <br /> interest in land necessary therefor; appropriate money for the construction <br /> of said street and for land acquisition and determine whether the money <br /> shall be provided by the current tax levy, by transfer from available funds <br /> or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; or act in any other <br /> manner in relation thereto. <br />
