10. <br /> ARTICLE 32. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to <br /> abandon such portions of the sewer easement and the temporary sewer <br /> construction easements adjacent thereto, in lands of Valleyfield Realty <br /> Trust, Benjamin Del Gaudio and Theresa Del Gaudio, and Hinds Realty Trust, <br /> as are no longer required by the Town, said easements having been acquired <br /> by the Town by eminent domain by Order dated April 22, 1963, registered in <br /> Middlesex South District Land Registry as Document No. 391523 and recorded <br /> in Middle.: ex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 10260, Page 239, and <br /> will set the minimum amount to be paid for such abandonment ; or act in <br /> any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 33. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen on behalf <br /> of the Town to purchase, take by eminent domain or otherwise acquire for <br /> playground and recreational purposes, and other public purposes, all or <br /> any part of a parcel of land situated on Rindge Avenue substantially as <br /> described in a deed recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, <br /> Book 8345, Page 82; and appropriate money therefor and determine whether the <br /> money shall be provided by the current tax levy, or by transfer from <br /> available funds, or by borrowing, or by any combination of these methods; <br /> or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 34. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money for <br /> replacing pavement and landscaping around the front entrance of Cary Mem- <br /> orial Library, and determine whether the money shall be provided by the <br /> current tax levy or by transfer from available funds, or by any combination <br /> of these methods; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br /> ARTICLE 35. To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Fire Com- <br /> missioners to relocate the fire alarm system wires at the Spring Street and <br /> Route 2 intersection to the extent deemed necessary as a result of the re- <br /> construction of Route 2 by the Commonwealth, and to enter into a contract <br /> with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts represented by its Department of <br /> Public Works for reimbursement to the Town by the Commonwealth of the cost <br /> of such relocation; and appropriate money therefor and determine whether <br /> payment shall be provided by the current tax levy or by transfer from <br /> available funds ; or act in any other manner in relation thereto. <br />
